If you require custom services such as spot varnish, PMS spots, or Aqueous coating, our press can do it all in one pass reducing your overall costs. Need a higher gloss coat than Aqueous coating? cost effective choice for lower quantities.
Digital printing uses "dry-ink" or toner to create the full color spectrum and doesn't take the same amount of set up time that an offset press does. Digital printing offers extremely tight registration and amazing quality at a per piece price. This means if you need 50 or 500, in digital printing you only pay for what you need. Digital printing also offers possibilities that were only dreamed of a few years ago such as personalizing each mailing piece with "Dear Mr. Smith" or "The Excel Company" . Also digital printing allows inline addressing and sorting using mailing lists that are supplied in digital format, eliminating the need to run your postcards through an addresser for direct mail services. We have invested heavily in digital equipment. We employ two Xerox maintened digital presses to create custom, on demand printing for our clients at very quick turnaround times. Spot Color Printing Spot Colors are printed using the Pantone color system to create a consistent color between print shops.
Our Ryobi 3302 2 color press is great for 1 and 2 color PMS spot jobs such as envelopes and letterheads. We can print in quantities as low as 500 and be very cost effective.
